_d_i_s_t expects the distance from the viewpoint to the world space
origin.
_a_z_i_m expects the azimuthal angle in the x-y plane, measured from the y
axis. The azimuth angle is the viewing angle of the observer.
_i_n_c expects the angle of incidence in the y-z plane, measured from
the z axis. The incidence angle is the angle of the viewport
relative to the z axis.
_t_w_i_s_t expects the amount that the viewpoint is to be rotated around the
line of sight using the right-hand rule.

ppppoooollllaaaarrrrvvvviiiieeeewwww defines the viewer's position in polar coordinates. It sets up
a right-hand world coordinate system with x to the right, y straight up,
and z towards the viewer. The line of sight extends from the viewpoint
through the world space origin. All angles are specified in tenths of
degrees and are integers.
The matrix computed by ppppoooollllaaaarrrrvvvviiiieeeewwww premultiplies the current matrix, as
specified by mmmmmmmmooooddddeeee. ppppoooollllaaaarrrrvvvviiiieeeewwww is typically called only while mmmmmmmmooooddddeeee is
either MMMMSSSSIIIINNNNGGGGLLLLEEEE or MMMMVVVVIIIIEEEEWWWWIIIINNNNGGGG.
